Terms of service

The deal

When you sign up to Wiki you are contracting with MOT Logs Ltd. We deliver the service described on this site at the price of the tier you chose. You pay monthly in advance (or annually with the discount shown). Either of us can end the contract at the end of any billing period.

Trial and refunds

14-day free trial. Card on file required at signup; not charged during the trial. At day 14 the card is charged for the first month. You then have a 7-day review window during which we will refund the first charge and close your account on request, no questions asked. Annual billing is non-refundable beyond the same 7-day window.

Acceptable use

Wiki is for professional motor-trade use. Don’t use it to harass helpers, attempt to extract training data, scrape the service, or send content you don’t have the right to share. Don’t share your mobile credentials with people outside your tenant; we charge per active user and audit usage.

Limits and liability

Wiki is provided “as is”. AI answers are professional information, not regulated advice - final responsibility for any MOT or repair decision is yours, the professional. Our liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Statutory rights as a UK business consumer are unaffected.

Changes

We may change these terms with 30 days’ notice; we will email the address on the billing account. If you don’t accept, cancel before the change takes effect.
