Enterprise wraps an arbitrary number of child tenants under one master agreement. Each site keeps its own KB, conversation history, and reporting view; group-level admins see across the whole estate. Billing rolls up to one monthly invoice.
Bring your own MOT testers
Run your own helper pool. Your testers verify in, accept escalations only from your child tenants, and earn the per-minute rate we negotiate together - paid through your Stripe Connect account or ours. Routing prefers your pool over Wiki’s general pool.
SLA and data residency
Contractual SLAs on response time and uptime. Data residency options on request - UK by default, EU on a case-by-case basis. Quarterly business review with the founder. Negotiated MVP minute rates and helper payout percentages to match your unit economics.
What you don’t lose
Everything Advanced has: unlimited questions, custom tenant prompts, custom compose LLM, white-label branding, full API + webhook access, indefinite history retention. Enterprise is Advanced plus the contractual and operational scaffolding a franchise needs.
