Become a Wiki helper
Vetted MOT testers and master techs join short video rooms when the AI escalates. Paid per minute. No fixed hours.
What you do
You set yourself online when you have a free minute - on a break, between MOTs, on the sofa. When the AI escalates a tricky question, your phone pings: you accept, the video room opens, you help for two or three minutes, and the meter clears. No rota, no commute, no minimum hours.
What you earn
You earn a share of the per-minute MVP rate the customer pays. Your share rises as you accumulate sessions and good ratings:
| Helper tier | Standard / Assisted customer | Advanced customer |
|---|---|---|
| Verified (default) | 60 % | 65 % |
| Trusted (+2 %) | 62 % | 67 % |
| Senior (+5 %) | 65 % | 70 % |
Maximum take-home is 70 % - a Senior helper serving an Advanced customer at the Advanced per-minute rate. Minimum is 60 %. Tiers track verified qualifications, completed sessions, mean rating across the last 50, and substantiated complaints over the last 90/365 days - the full criteria are in our helper policy.
Payouts settle to your Stripe Connect account weekly once your cleared balance crosses £50.
