Who we are

What we collect

Your mobile number (for SMS verification and channel routing). The text of each question you send. The audio of each voice note or call (transcribed and deleted from cold storage within 24 hours; the transcript is retained per your tier). Conversation metadata (timestamp, channel, tenant, MVP if escalated). Billing details via Stripe - we never see your card number.

Lawful basis

Contract for the data we need to deliver Wiki. Legitimate interest for the data we need to operate the service safely (rate limiting, abuse detection, audit logs). Consent for marketing email - opt-in only, opt-out in one click.

Retention

Conversation history: 6 months on Standard, 24 months on Assisted, indefinite on Advanced (you can request deletion any time). Audit events: 6 years (UK Limitation Act 1980 §5). Billing records: 7 years (HMRC). Everything else: the minimum needed for the purpose.

Sub-processors

Twilio (voice, SMS, WhatsApp, video). Groq (LLM compose). OpenAI Whisper via Groq (speech-to-text). Stripe (billing). Hetzner Cloud (UK hosting). DPAs in place with each.
